Follow this procedure to receive after hours support of your system:
- Call the after hours support phone number issued at the start of your Extend program
- Leave your name, company name, a phone number you can be reached at, the system’s serial number, and a brief description of your issue with the attendant. A FASTech service engineer will return contact as soon as possible.
